WWI Imperial German Model 1889 Prussian Infantry sword with engraved blade. Blade is engraved Detach. Jager 3. Pferde. Blade is triple engraved with standard military motifs. Has D shape guard with the Imperial German eagle of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Blade measures 32.5" and approximately 38" overall. The Bakelite grip is in excellent condition. Scabbard is straight but only retains about 30% of its black paint. Good
