WWI US 78th INFANRY DIVISION OFFICER UNIFORM JACKT

WWI US Army officer's tailored jacket with silver bullion and wool shoulder sleeve patch for the 78th Infantry Division, as well as a discharge chevron, two overseas chevrons, and a wound stripe. Privately tailored with silk lining at the neck, lined linen sleeves, slant interior pockets, and fine grade material. Patches are all hand-sewn. The 78th Infantry Division participated in 3 major campaigns during WWI including the St. Mihiel Offensive, the Meuse-Argonne Offensive, and the Lorraine campaign. Very Good - Excellent
