A model 1913 U.S. Army cavalry saber designed by George S. Patton. Stamped L.F. & Co., 1918 and U.S. No. 13. Having a blade length of 35" and an overall length of 43". Includes the canvas wrapped metal sheath.
Condition: Some surface scratching to the handguard and at the butt of the hilt. The blade has some minor pitting but has no loss to the edges, only about 1/2" that feels rough to the touch. The sheath has surface scratching, with a few areas of staining.
