Hanswirth of St. Louis, Missouri. These certificates were given for meritirous civilian service during World War I when the United States government enlisted the unpaid aid of prominent businessmen, technicians, engineers, and other specialists. Albert Hanswirth was evidently a skilled ordnance technician and served the duration of the American involvement in the war. Light discoloration from storage. Very Good
