WWI US M1909 BOLO KNIFE 1913 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY

Bright finished blade which is 1913 dated and maker marked Springfield Armory. Blade is in high polish with a sharp point, and unsharpened, original wooden grips secured with three brass rivets and a brass pommel cap. No cracks or chips in the wood surface. Original heavy brown leather scabbard which is dated 1911 by Rock Island Arsenal as well as unit marked. The blade can be inserted and removed easily from the scabbard. Excellent.
