WWII 101st Airborne 502nd Par Inf Reg Patch
Rare original period patch from the 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment, aka "The Widowmakers." This regiment of the 101st Airborne Division distinguished itself in WWII, notably on D-Day in Normandy. Two members of the 502nd, LTC Robert Cole and PFC Joe Mann, were the only two Medal of Honor recipients from the 101st Airborne Division in WWII. About 3-5/8" in diameter. Does not fluoresce under UV light. Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic.
