WWII 1943 dated British Para Smock, Over Smock and Over Trousers. As worn by RJ Crisp 14208826, also his dog tag, beret badge, and one parachute regiment shoulder flash. Together with a reproduction helmet. Provenance: The vendor bought the Smock, Over Smock and Over Trousers from the daughter of R.J. Crisp at a car boot sale in 1989 for £100. The dog tag para badge and flash were found in the pocket of the smock. R.J. Crisp joined the British Army in 1942 and volunteered for the 3rd Parachute Battalion, 1st Parachute Brigade, 1st Airborne Division. Faintly detailed inside the para smock are the theatres in which he served. These include Tunisia, Sicily (wounded), Arnhem (wounded), and the Rhine.
