York, WWI 82nd Division veteran and Medal of Honor recipient, after his address to a division that would become famous in WW2 as the 82nd Airborne Division whose paratroopers would make four combat jumps; Sicily, July 9th, 1943; Salerno, September 13th, 1943; Normandy - D-Day, June 6th, 1944; and the Netherlands, September 17th, 1944. This photo measures 8" x 29" and is housed in an 8.875" x 9.975" vintage frame. The frame is missing the glass. In-house shipping is available.
