WWII Imperial Japanese Army Officer Type 94 Shin-Gunto sword. Bright blade with unusual and clearly visible dual design temper line, 1/3 straight (Sugu) and 2/3 waved (Midare). Unsigned tang. Standard issued decorated Tsuba & Seppa. Decorated Fuchi with cherry blossom & leaf all around. Three Cherry Blossoms Military Menuki, off white Ray skin. Olive Drab painted steel scabbard with standard type 94 military fittings. Blade Length: 25.1/4" Total Length: 35.5"
