WWII JAPANESE FUR-LINED FLIGHT SUIT, GLOVES, &

FLIGHT HELMET WITH A RUSSIAN HELMET. This group includes a large sized WWII Japanese fur-lined 1-piece flight suit. The body is lined in white fur and the collar is brown fur. The cloth is a green/brown colored heavy cotton. The front zippers shut and the waist has a belt closure. The gloves are soft brown leather with a brown fur lining. The flight helmet is light brown with a brown fur lining and a leather star sewn to the front. The helmet is painted green with a 5-pointed red star on the front. Helmet is complete with liner but no markings on the interior. CONDITION: flight suit appears unissued. Gloves show heavy wear and seam openings, particularly on the left-hand glove. Flight helmet appears unissued, as does the Russian helmet. (02-22433/BF). $600-1,000.
