Dated code 12.9 (September of 1937 - the twelfth year and ninth month of Hirohito's reign as emporer). Arsenal codes Nambu Rifle Manufacturing Company/Chuo Kogyo Production at Kokubunji under Nagoya Arsenal Supervision stamped before the serial number.
