World War Two Japanese banner featuring an Imperial Japanese Navy rising sun ensign - insignia with characters that translate to "CELEBRATION" perhaps to celebrate a naval victory or conquest of a new enemy territory. The top white border and side red borders are separately applied stitched pieces of silk while the bottom border is part of the main banner that has been tucked over and stitched. This silk flag measures approx. 47.25" long x 16.75" wide and has no tears or holes. In-house shipping is available.
