WWII NAZI GERMAN CLOTH INSIGNIA VOLUNTEER SHIELDS

WWII Nazi German insignia lot to include 1) ASERBEIDSHANIAN VOLUNTEER'S SLEEVE SHIELDS. First pattern, printed, (silk screened), identifying sleeve shields consists of a scalloped topped, pointed bottom, shield shape base with three horizontal bars in blue, red and green with a narrow black outer border. The top of the shields have an additional, black, horizontal bar with red script, "Aserbaidschan". The shields are still on their original, red cotton factory roll and are in overall excellent, unissued condition. 2) GEORGIAN VOLUNTEER'S SLEEVE SHIELDS. White cotton base with the official, screen printed, pattern consisting of a red, ornate, shields with a scalloped top edge with extended rectangular tips and a pointed bottom tip with a fine, black, outer border stripe and small, horizontal, black and white bars in the top, left hand, corner. The top edge of the shields have a black bar with white, capitalized, Latin script, "Georgien". The shields are still on its original white cotton/rayon factory roll and is in overall excellent, unissued condition with minor age toning and minimal fraying to the outer edges of the factory roll. 3) WWII Era Tirol BeVo Shield 4) PANZER BERET WREATH & COCKADE. Early pattern, (circa 1934-1939), insignia consists of a machine woven, black rayon base featuring a machine woven oak-leave wreath in bullion threads encompassing a woven, national tri-color cockade with a black outer edge, a white roundel and a red center dot. 5) SS-STURMMANN'S TROPICAL RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a single, "V" shaped, machine woven, diamond patterned, tress chevron, in subdued, golden/tan rayon with interwoven, fine, black stripes, near both the inner and outer edges, machine stitched on a black wool base, which tapers down to a pointed tip. Excellent example. 6) SS-STURMMANN'S TROPICAL RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a single, "V" shaped, machine woven, diamond patterned, tress chevron, in subdued, golden/tan rayon with interwoven, fine, black stripes, near both the inner and outer edges, machine stitched on a black wool base, which tapers down to a pointed tip. Excellent example. 7) TROPICAL OBERSCHÜTZE'S RANK PIP. Second pattern, later issue, (Circa 1940), tropical Oberschütze rank insignia consists of a roughly, 55mm diameter, light ribbed twill base with a central, machine embroidered, rank pip in bluish/grey rayon threads. The outer edge of the base is trimmed with a narrow strip of olive drab rayon. 8) TROPICAL OBERSCHÜTZE'S RANK PIP. Second pattern, later issue, (Circa 1940), tropical Oberschütze rank insignia consists of a roughly, 55mm diameter, light ribbed twill base with a central, machine embroidered, rank pip in bluish/grey rayon threads. The outer edge of the base is trimmed with a narrow strip of olive drab rayon. 9) GEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a "V" shaped, machine woven, diamond patterned, tress chevron in subdued, matte grey rayon threads, machine stitched on a field-grey wool base, which tapers down to a pointed tip. 10) OBERGEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of two, "V" shaped, machine woven, diamond patterned, tress chevrons in subdued, matte grey rayon threads, machine stitched on a field-grey wool base, which tapers down to a pointed tip. 11) OBERGEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a two, "V" shaped, machine woven, bright, silver/celleon, diamond patterned, tress chevrons. Removed from a uniform. 12) LUFTWAFFE GEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The Gefreiter’s rank insignia consists of a single, machine woven, waffle patterned, chevron mounted on a Luftwaffe blue/grey wool, inverted triangular base. 13) STABSGEFREITER'S TROPICAL RANK CHEVRON. The Stabsgefreiter’s rank insignia consists of a dual, machine woven, subdued matte grey rayon, waffle patterned, chevrons machine stitched on a tan, cotton/rayon blend, inverted triangular base with an HBT, (Herring Bone Twill), weave and a single machine embroidered rank pip. 14) PANZER GRENADIER SIGNAL PERSONNEL'S SLEEVE BADGE. Oval green wool base (for greatcoat) with machine embroidered, downward pointing blitz arrow in grass green threads. 15) FELDGENDARMIE/RECRUITING EM/NCO'S M35 DRESS UNIFORM CUFF FACING. Single Feldgendarmie cuff facing for the M35 Waffenrock. 16) PANZER EM/NCO'S M35 DRESS UNIFORM CUFF FACING. Single Panzer cuff facing for the M35 Waffenrock. 17) SMOKE TROOPS EM/NCO'S M35 DRESS UNIFORM CUFF FACING. Single Smoke Troops cuff facing for the M35 Waffenrock. 18) ADMIN EM/NCO'S M35 DRESS UNIFORM CUFF FACING. Single Admin cuff facing for the M35 Waffenrock. 19) WEHRMACHT GRADE ONE MARKSMAN'S LANYARD. Second pattern grade one marksman's lanyard consists of a heavy, twisted, interwoven silver/aluminum braid with buttoning loops to both the top and bottom ends. The reverse of the braiding has a protective, pale grey, rayon strip of fabric neatly hand stitched in place to prevent chafe wear on the uniform. The top of the lanyard has a stamped, aluminum, construction, vertically oval, embossed, oak-leaf wreath with a Wehrmacht style eagle with down swept wings, clutching a canted swastika in its talons, positioned to the top center encompassing crossed swords which are superimposed on a shield shaped base with a subtly pebbled background field. The shield device is attached to an interwoven silver/aluminum braid rosette with a protective wool backing hand stitched to the reverse to prevent chafe wear to the uniform. Shows a lot of wear. 20) TROPICAL MOTOR TRANSPORT PERSONNEL'S SLEEVE BADGE. Introduced in 1934, the insignia takes the form of a hand embroidered Gothic "S," in golden yellow cord, on a roughly 55mm diameter tan base.
