WWII Nazi German insignia lot to include 1) RUSSIAN POA VOLUNTEER'S SLEEVE SHIELD. Machine embroidered, official pattern, Russian POA volunteer’s sleeve insignia consisting of a flat topped, rounded bottom, mid-grey, shield shape base with a red bordered, central white field with the blue Cross of St. Andrew, (the patron Saint of Russia), to the center. Positioned above the central shield are the golden yellow, Cyrillic letters "ROA", which appear as the Latin letters, "POA", and indicate Russkaia Osvoboditel’ naia Armiia, (Russian Army of Liberation). Interestingly the embroidery has been applied to a mid-grey, cotton/rayon blend fabric base with only a stitch outline to indicate the outer edges of the shield. 2) FLIGHT OBERGEFREITER'S COLLAR TAB. Golden yellow wool collar tab with three rank "gulls". Mounted on a buckram backing. Uniform removed. 3) LUFTWAFFE FLIGHT UNTERFELDWEBEL SHOULDER BOARD. Luftwaffe blue/gray wool construction, Sew In shoulder strap with bright silver/aluminum, waffle patterned NCO’s tress to all sides and golden yellow wool waffenfarbe piping. 4) LUFTWAFFE GEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The Gefreiter’s rank insignia consists of a single, waffle patterned silver tress, chevron machine stitched on a gray wool, inverted triangular base. 5) LUFTWAFFE GEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The Gefreiter’s rank insignia consists of a single, waffle patterned silver tress, chevron machine stitched on a gray wool, inverted triangular base with moth damage. 6) LUFTWAFFE OBERGEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of two, "V" shaped, machine woven, waffle patterned, tress chevrons in bright, silver/aluminum flat-wire threads, machine stitched on a inverted triangular, Luftwaffe blue/grey wool base, which tapers down to a pointed tip. 7) WEHRMACHT OBERGEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a two, "V" shaped, machine woven, bright, silver/aluminum, diamond patterned, tress chevrons, machine stitched on a inverted, triangular, blue/green badge cloth base. Well worn and used example. 8) WEHRMACHT OBERGEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a two, "V" shaped, machine woven, bright, silver/celleon, diamond patterned, tress chevrons. Removed from a uniform. 9) KRIEGSMARINE GEFREITER'S RANK CHEVRON. The insignia consists of a single gilt wire "V" shaped, chevron, machine stitched to an inverted triangular, deep navy blue wool base. 10) IRON CROSS 2ND CLASS RIBBON. Section of ribbon measuring 4 1/2 inches. 11) AIR SPORTS DONATION BADGE. A pierced, stamped metal badge with a silver wash, in the form of an overhead view of an airplane, encircled by a 27mm diameter ring. A horizontal pin-back device is soldered to its unmarked reverse. 12) TWO PLACE IMPERIAL GERMAN MEDAL RIBBON BAR. Badge consist of EKII and Honor Cross with Swords.
