WWII NAZI GERMAN SS MARKED SNIPER RIFLE, bcd 4

SN 6451. 25" barrel bolt action rifle. WWII German Mauser K98. Marked "bcd 4" at chamber, serial number matches on barrel, long side rail, scope mount, and both parts of the bolt. Bolt safety is numbered differently, "8208". Forward of the chamber, there are two Deathhead / Death's Head skull stamps indicating a rework as well as SS runes. There are also Wafefnamts in this section of the rifle. Includes sniper scope mount which has the same serial number as the rifle and is fitted with a post-war 6x Dinox scope. Bore very good, finish approximately 98% with minimal rack wear, and comes with a leather sling. There are waffenamt stamps on the right side of the stock, and has a smooth metal butt plate. Date and origin of some of these stamps has been researched and is inconclusive. Excellent.*
