SN 2071695, made in late 1943 as part of the first Standard Products contract, in Port Clinton, OH. Semi Automatic rifle in .30 Carbine. US M1 Carbine rifle, made by Standard Products. Has flip sights, low wood forend, type 1 barrel band, and "I" cut recess oiler hole stock with ordnance cartouche, and early push-style safety. Underwood 12-44 dated barrel with ordnance flaming bomb on it, high-wood stock. Comes with OD Green sling and 15-round magazine. Bore excellent, some age wear to the barrel and service wear to the stock including a small chip in the wood forward of the charging rod. Excellent*
