WWII US ARMY WOMENS WAC OVERCOAT UNRRA NAMED
WWII US Army Women's Army Corps or WAC wool "horseblanket" style overcoat - double breasted, wool lined, with two pockets on the front. Has UNRRA or United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration arc patch on the left shoulder which appears theater made. The UNRRA was a small group of UN Workers, and many recently discharged soldiers, who assisted the displaced persons, former prisoners of war, and other groups in the days following the end of World War II. The jacket is named in the back and stamped in the front with the last name "Glass." Definitely worthy of further research. Light age wear. Excellent
