A World War II era United States Marine Corps forest green wool service blouse. The jacket is a four-button front pattern featuring two pleated breast pockets and two bellows hip pockets, all secured with bronze-toned metal buttons embossed with the Marine Corps Eagle, Globe, and Anchor motif. The collar is fitted with a pair of bronze-toned screw-back Eagle, Globe, and Anchor insignia discs. The left shoulder bears a red shield-shaped patch for the 4th Marine Amphibious Corps, featuring four gold stars, two horizontal gold lightning bolts, and a Roman numeral IV. The right sleeve displays a single red-on-forest-green chevron for the rank of Private First Class.
