Wakizashi - Tamahagane - Japanese sword, NHTK - Yamato no kami Yoshimichi - Japan - Edo Period (1600-1868)

Antique Japanese sword (shinogi-zukuri with "bohi") wakizashi in shirasaya. The blade is unsigned, Edo period made, attributed to "Yamato no kami Yoshimichi, " by NHTK paper. The blade has a good polish and show fine scratches, but no rust, no bend, no chip or nick and "cutting edge" is sharp. Beautiful "notare " hamon with "konie" (crystal) active temper and deep temper at the point, "itame hada", "ubu nakago" (not cut) . Length "nagasa": 36,7 cm, length in shirasaya: 65 cm, "motogasane": 6 mm, "motohaba " : 2,8 cm. Will be sent insured ( Russia and China excluded) .
