Walking stick, Attributed to Meissen - Certificate included - Ivory, Porcelain, Wood - About 1820

A blackened wooden walking stick with a very nice porcelain handle, which is attributed to Meissen. Porcelain is richly decorated with gold paint and floral and landscape paintings. Women's head has a veil in front of her eyes. The coller (=band between stick and handle) and the ferrule (=end stick) are both made of ivory. What is striking here is that the ferrule is long with a length of 9 cm. Restoration to the "tail" of the handle, neatly done, see photos. This object is made of elephant ivory and comes with a certificate. The certificate has been issued by Mr. A Keddeman. Appraiser has physically seen the object and has applied the material and dates.
