Lacquered and mecca-gilded
With top skilfully painted in imitation marble
Carved and decorated stem with rocaille elements and acanthus leaves.
The gilding was resumed in small touches in a later period.
Only in small places under the coloring does the stucco emerge.
Object in particularly good condition despite its age.
Origin: ancient noble villa in Tuscany.
