Wallace "Grande Baroque" Sterling Silver Flatware

A four place setting collection of very good condition Wallace Grande Baroque pattern sterling silver flatware. This set is in the William S. Warren designed Grande Baroque pattern, first introduced in 1941, featuring an ornate handle with floral, acanthus leaf, and scroll motifs and openwork detailing. The twenty-two piece collection includes four salad forks, four dinner forks, four soup spoons, and four teaspoons, all marked “Wallace Sterling” to the backs. They are presented with four dinner knives and two butter spreaders, marked to the blades “Wallace Sterling Handle Stainless Blades”. The total approximate weight, excluding dinner knives and butter spreaders with stainless blades, is 24.300 ozt.
