Sold with fourteen assorted serving pieces: one fish slice by Roger and Bros, c. 1847, a serving spoon by Christofle, 1935-83, a Strasbourg fish fork and shell serving spoon by Gorham Manufacturing Company, c. 1897, marked 'Pat. 1897', a pierced casserole spoon and fish fork marked 'Sterling', a Louis XV fish slice with stainless steel blade by Birks, c. 1914, a pierced asparagus server with a hollow handle, marked 'Depose', a cake breaker by Schneider Toledo marked 'Pat.No.1.858.790', a lemon fork by Saart Brothers, c. 1920 marked 'SSMC Sterling', sugar tongs marked 'R&B', a baby fork by International Silver, c. 1951, marked 'Rogers Sterling Old Charleston', and two small ladles, one marked 'Georg Jensen Inc USA Sterling', the other 'Sterling'. 26.3 ozt (weighable).
Condition Report: Good overall condition with normal signs of wear commensurate with use. Accompanied with canteen. Service is comprised of (12) soup spoons, (12) teaspoons, (12) dinner forks, (12) salad forks, (12) hollow handle dinner knives with stainless steel blades and (12) butter spreaders.
