Fantasia 2000 "Pomp and Circumstance", "The Carnivale of Animals, Finale" and "Rhapsody and Blue" Donald Duck, Flamingo, and Duke Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 2000). Presented in this lot is a three spectacular animation drawings from the sequel to Disney's masterpiece Fantasia. This trio features a 12-field drawing of Donald Duck from "Pomp and Circumstance", and two 16-field drawings of the yo-yoing flamingo from "The Carnivale of Animals, Finale" and Duke from "Rhapsody in Blue". All have been expertly rendered in graphite with color pencil. Donald can be found at about 56:50 in a dramatic closeup, the flamingo at 39:26 as he smirks with his yo-yo, and Duke at about 19:28 as he greets his boss. The film had no hand-painted cels and mixed digital animation with traditional, making production art very hard-to-find. The latter two drawings are noted as 235 and 49 in the lower right while Donald is unlabeled. The large figures measure approximately 3.5'' x 6.25'', 5.5'' x 7.75'', and 7.75'' x 8.5''.
