Oliver & Company Dodger and Tito Pan Layout Drawing (Walt Disney, 1988). Dodger and Tito duke it out in this outstanding pan layout drawing from the beloved animated film. Rendered in graphite with camera movement marked in color pencil, the layout was created for a scene early on when Dodger returns to the hideout with the sausages he stole. The scene was edited in the final version and this layout drawing includes a few additional details, like a ring in Tito's ear that wasn't a part of his final design. The other members of the gang – Rita, Frankie, and Einstein – can be seen on the left side of the drawing. This enormous piece features amazing expressions and poses drawn on model, measuring about 28'' x 10.5'' on 35'' x 12.25'' 6-peghole pan animation paper. 'Soft focus' has been noted above Tito's head. This spectacular lot comes with a Howard Lowery Certificate of Authenticity and is in Good condition overall with minor edge and handling wear, faint tape residue, light smudging, and three folds.
