Mickey's Amateurs Rare Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing Attributed to Fred Moore (Walt Disney, 1937). Mickey hosts an amateur talent show with a live radio audience, featuring the talent of Donald, Goofy, Clara Cluck, and Clarabelle Cow. This classic 1937 short was inspired by one that was released three years prior, Orphan's Benefit. This fantastic graphite, color pencil, and ink drawing is attributed to Disney Legend Fred Moore (1911 – 1952), best known for his work on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Three Little Pigs, as well as revolutionizing Mickey Mouse's design. This full figure drawing of Mickey is centered on the page, the mouse in a dynamic pose that suggests he's adding a dramatic flair to his role as host. He is dressed to impress in a two-tailed coat, possibly introducing the next contestant. He measures roughly 4.75'' x 4.25''. The page is noted as 122 along the right border.
