Robinson and reclusive Greta Garbo play on a seesaw in this 12-field 5-peghole animation drawing from the Academy Award nominated short Mother Goose Goes Hollywood. The short parodies Mother Goose nursery rhymes with celebrity stars from the 1930s. These caricature designs of Robinson and Garbo, like most in the film, were designed by Disney Legend T. Hee (1911 – 1988). This moment can be found at about 4:54 in the short when the two are first introduced. They are rendered in graphite with color pencil and there are additional notes in red. The full body figures measure roughly 7.5'' x 6.25'' and are labeled 19 in the bottom right. There is minor handling and edge wear with light age-related toning.
