The Practical Pig The Big Bad Wolf Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1939). "Are you coming with me?" The Big Bad Wolf asks, cackling behind his mailman disguise. This classic villain moment can be found at about the 4:34 mark in the beloved Dick Rickard-directed Silly Symphony after the wolf delivers an (obviously fake) letter from Fifer and Fiddler to Practical Pig, hoping to trick him into coming out so he can capture all three of the brothers. This large, amazing drawing is rendered in graphite with color pencil, the full figure villain smiling wide under his mask. The wolf measures approximately 6.5'' x 5.5'' on the 12 field 5-peghole animation paper. Extensive ink and paint codes have been added in red with some marked on the drawing. The page is noted as 16 in the lower right corner and is marked for Sequence 7 Scene 38. The drawing exhibits light age-related toning and some edge and handling wear.
