All Chapellier labeled and or exhibited items descend from the Georges Chapellier Estate while some items only cited as Rosenberger may have other sources by Rosenberger prior to inheritance by the Long Island family. Condition Report: Clean, sound and attractive with no significant craquelure, there is a background spot of impasto upper right that is unknown if a spot of conservation as backing panel has not been removed, unknown if lined. Frame generally sound but with visible surface loss.
