Could use a light cleaning; the canvas is slightly buckled on the stretcher at the upper right corner; no apparent restoration, aside from what appears to be a 1/2 cm spot of either pigment loss, or a very thinly painted area with a small corresponding area of dark blue pigment on the reverse (there is no tear or puncture); stretcher bar impression along the bottom edge; there is a tiny paint flake at the lower left center near left edge.
