Waterbury miniature iron front mantel clock with alarm has a 3 1/2-inch original paper dial with black Roman hour numerals, painted black hands (minute hand replaced) and open cutout in the center exposing the alarm indicator disc; brass 30 hour spring driven movement has built in alarm mechanism with iron bell in the base, signed "Waterbury Clock Co." In an iron front case with gilt painted filigree decoration and a colorful floral bouquet below the brass door bezel, the door in the base exposing the pendulum bob. In running condition, original paint. 11 1/2 in. high.
