Waylon Jennings Personally Owned Custom Made Hascal Haile Acoustic Guitar Used in Music Videos and on Album Cover W/LOA - This beautiful 6-string acoustic guitar was custom made by legendary guitar maker Hascal Haile for country music icon, Waylon Jennings. Haile made guitars for classical performers as well as country musicians such as Chet Atkins (which would become the prototype for Gibson's Chet Atkins CE model), Roy Clark, Waylon Jennings, Porter Wagner, Dolly Parton, and Bobby Goldsboro, and has had guitars accepted into the Smithsonian and the National Museum of American History. This guitar has beautiful mother of pearl inlay on the neck and headstock, and bears Hailie's maker's stamp on the inside of the body with the date "July 4, 1981". The guitar comes with a letter of authenticity from Waylon Jennings on his personal letterhead which states, "This is to verify that I have sold my personal acoustic guitar, which was custom made for me by Hascal Haile of Thompkinsville, Kentucky, to Judge Ira Uhrig. You can find this guitar on two of my videos 'America' and 'Whatever Gets You Through the Night' and on the cover of my CD 'Right for the Time.'"
