Made in West Germany for Weatherby and custom engraved at South Gate CA. Features a 26" round blued barrel with single blade ramp front sight, Williams rear adjustable notch sight and ported muzzle. Floral and scroll engraving with punch dot background on barrel extends 10" from receiver. Action is a Mark V, stamped South Gate, CA with 9 lug bolt. Two position safety and knurled bolt knob. Top of the action features floral scroll engraving with punch dot background. Two piece scope mounts with same engraving on all sides. Floorplate and trigger guard feature 90% engraving of floral scroll and punch dot. Center of floorplate has a gold embossed moose with mountains in the background. Stock is a straight grain walnut with rosewood forend tip and pistol grip cap. Pistol grip cap has a white diamond inlay. Forend and pistol grip feature Weatherby's skip line hand checkering. Buttstock has right hand shooter cheek piece. Factory installed sling studs and a Weatherby recoil pad. CALIBER: .460 WBY Mag. S/N: 00170. FFL STATUS: Modern.
Condition Report: Barrel retains 98% original blue. Receiver retains 98% blue. Jeweled bolt shows light slide marks. Rear of the action shows plum tone in the blue. Stock retains 98% original finish with light usage marks. Good bore and mechanics.
