Webley solid frame .442 rimfire revolver, 8inch sighted round barrel the top strap engraved 'Hills Patent London', the frame engraved with scrolls and fitted with side mounted ejector rod, six shot cylinder, chequered wood grips. Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18, age verification will be required if the lot is to be posted out. Dimensions: 32cm longCondition Report The gun is in average condition showing signs of age and use. The metalwork to the exterior of the gun has some light pitting but the engraving under this is reasonable crisp and clear and there are traces of original blue remaining. The bore is in fair order with all the rifling pattern remaining but there are some pitting patches. The action works correctly with good timing, lock-up and a strong spring.
