Fellig credit stamp on verso. The Long Island Daily Press suspended publication after two policemen and two strikers were injured. The walkout started when the publisher discharged 27 employees, members of the Newspaper Guild, 'for economy.' Guild members tried to prevent pressmen from entering the Jamaica, Queens building.
