Condition Report: Overall good condition. Mild toning to the sheet. Hard creases to the corner margins, not visible when mat is closed. Small tear approximately 1/4 inch in top left quadrant, not visible through mat. A few hard creases visible in raking light. Sheet is cornered to a window mat and framed under glass measuring 18 x 20 x 1 inches.
