pendant with an emerald cut aquamarine (14.5 x 8.5 x 5.6 mm) weighing approximately 5.20 carats set within a halo of full cut round diamonds weighing approximately .50 total carat (G-H color, SI1-SI2 clarity), joined horizontally to a cable chain necklace completed with a lobster clasp stamped 750.
