Note: Wilfred Gabriel de Glehn was a British painter and a member of the Royal Academy. He studied at the École de Beaux Arts in Paris, and was taught by eminent artists including Gustave Moreau and Jules-Élie Delaunay. His painting style can be compared to that of his close friend, John Singer Sargent, whom De Glehn regularly accompanied on painting trips.
