ca. 1885-1917, Bohemian, in the rococo taste, with scrolled handles, the bodies of the jardiniere and stand decorated with scroll framed panels of prunus branches, against a ground of latticework, inset with molded and scrolled medallions, signed with a raised "WS&S" on the bottom.

Provenance: The Estate of Donald J. Hurst, Waterloo, Iowa.
Condition Report: There are some repairs to the legs on the pedestal, including repairs to scrollwork and one corner edge. Another foot has some small scattered losses. The vase and stand are bolted together. There is some light crazing to inside of vase. Overall height is 59", not 61"; width is 24-1/2", not 20-3/4"; depth is 14", not 12-1/2".
