Condition Report: Good vintage condition. Upholstery was updated at some point and presents with scattered points of accretion and sun-fading to tops of cushions. Localized area of more advanced wear to right side, showing a compressed nap with associated soiling to armrest and brushes of dark-colored transfer to lower frame. Otherwise, presents well.
