Condition Report:
The sheet laid on paper and hinged at the upper edge. Slight undulation to the sheet. Slight creasing throughout. Vertical tear of approximately 1/2 inch extending from the lower edge at right; minor horizontal tears of approximately 1/2 inch respectively in the upper sky at left and right. Minor surface scratches. Minor losses along bottom edge, which is uneven. Overall fair condition.
