'A lengthy but interesting account of the experiences of the 34th Company, "the first of three Imperial Yeomanry Companies raised in the County of Middlesex." It is stated that the force "remained at the front on active service from April 1900 to June 1901, and during that period it suffered casualties to the amount of about 50 per cent. of its fighting strength."
