Condition Report: Overall very good condition. A few scattered faint scuffs and an area, possibly a drying mark, that varies slightly in surface sheen, visible under raking light. Sheet is cornered to board. Window mat measures 20 by 24 inches. Framed under glass to 21 1/4 by 25 1/4 inches.
