William Frederick Kaeser (Indiana, 1908-1987) industrial harbor scene oil pastel signed and dated 1935 lower right. From Indianapolis, Kaeser was a Social Realist and figurative artist who exhibited at the Hoosier Salon, World's Fair in New York, and at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in the 1930s and 1940s.
