Partly-printed DS, signed “W. McKinley, Jr.,” one page, 5 x 3, February 15, 1896. Official US Post Office registered mail return receipt card, signed in pencil by McKinley as governor of Ohio. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling and a light diagonal crease. Accompanied by two "Raymond Trip" tickets to McKinley's inauguration as president in 1897, and a clipped advertisement for the 1901 Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, where he was assassinated.
