"Evening". ca. 1930. Oil on canvas, signed in the grey rock lower right, title and artist inscribed on verso of canvas, framed in a wooden painted frame with linen liner, overall 34 ¼" x 38". Provenance: By descent in the family to the current owner, originally acquired from the artist in 1930. Photocopy of inscription on the verso of the canvas included.

Condition: Previous repairs: canvas has been relined, 1-1/2" V shaped tear in canvas which has been previously repaired between new lining but is loosening, undulation to canvas upper right.
