.In an overall good and stable state of preservation. Stretcher shadow to all four sides. Covered in a reasonable layer of dirt and discoloured varnish. Slight buckle to canvas in lower right hand corner. Small horizontal push mark which does puncture the canvas within the moonlit water between figures and boats (approx 0.5 - 1cm in length). Not examined under UV light.
