This beautiful portfolio of Willy Ronis contains 12 collotypes on C. M. Fabriano woven paper (watermark) . Included are 3 folios each containing additional facsimile hand-written text plus 4 collotype reproductions.
A fourth folder holds a two-page essay by Ronis and a separate two-page colophon with his original signature.
Limited edition of 290 copies, this is number 276.
Preface by Gérard Macé.
Hand-numbered and signed by Ronis beneath colophon.
Original wrapper / portfolio has the photographer's name on cover. The folios are housed in a green board slipcase.
The dimensions of the sheets are each 350 x 275 mm with max. 285 x 225 mm depictions. Very fine condition.

Collotypes include 'Les Amoureux de la Bastille' and 'Le nu provençal'.
