Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 22.5 x 18.75, March 24, 1915. President Wilson appoints J. Klahr Huddle of Ohio as "a Consular Assistant of the United States." Crisply signed at the conclusion by President Wilson and countersigned by Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with staining to the left edge.
