World War I helmet, Civil War Belt, and axe

World War One helmet - United States, "Doughboy" helmet. 12 1/4" by 11 1/4" by 5 1/2" tall. Probably steel. Partial stamp readable - "31". Some oxidation. Good, solid condition overall. No liner. Civil War belt with bayonet scabbard. Leather with bronze fittings. Scabbard reads "Watertown Arsenal 1863". Some wear to leather, outer surface. Some oxidation of bronze rivets. Some pulling of stitching, and some breaking of leather. Decorative axe. Head has floral decoration. Head seems to be steel or iron, with some oxidation and wear.
